Thy Bitchin' Machines:

I'm still working on all these motherfuckin' PAGES!

Desktop:

jpeg picture of my Desktop jpeg picture of my Desktop
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800XT
An all-Core Undervolt of -20. I stopped at -20 because, well, I really don't know. It may handle -25 across all the cores, but it might not. All I know is that this is one ~cool~ silicon puppy!
COOLER: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120
The stock fancurve for this whore is absolutely atrocious. The fans on this bad boy get what I find to be unreasonably loud at higher RPMs, so a little BIOS fan curve fiddling was in order to make the world go 'round, albeit a smidgen slower!
GPU: AsRock Phantom Gaming Radeon 6950XT
MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
RAM: 4x8GiB DDR4 3400MHz
I'm running two mismatched Corsair kits, the first is 2x8GiB 2933MHz, and the second is 2x8GiB 3200Mhz. It happens to be godforsaken fucking Samsung C-Die that I painstakingly overclocked and tightened the timings on. Stable as a motherfucker too! If you'd like to view the details you can do so by clicking: MemoryOverclockingTable I should also note, this table does not show the fact that I ran Y-Cruncher for literal hours after every change.
SSD: Western Digital BLACK SN7100
PSU: Corsair RM850
CHASSIS: Fractal Design R4
This was the first case I purchased and it has been with me ever since. I find it extremely doubtful that I will ever replace it as it has a profoundly special place in my heart, and to be cliche - They really don't make 'em like this anymore. Altogether, my system is probably north of fifty pounds. Also, I have a DVD player in this motherfucker, checkmate, NERDDDDDDDDDS!!!!!
OS: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

Server:

CPU: AMD FX 8350
This was the first CPU I ever bought and used to live inside my Fractal Design R4. I daily drove this beautiful 'n hungry cunt for at least a half a decade!
COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper212 EVO
This is actually the first CPU cooler I ever bought, albeit with an aftermarket fan on it. I have a Noctua NH-D14 sitting on top of the case itself, but I have to email noctua whilst groveling "Please sir, might thouest bestow upon thee an AM3 mounting kit?!" because the eBay guy fucking lied to me and I didn't care to bitch at them.
GPU: XFX Double Dissipation Radeon HD 7970
This card was my best friend Clint's daily driver for years on end, eventually he passed it to me. I repasted it with... I want to say Arctic Silver MX4 because it is what I had on hand. It runs surprisingly well. So far I have been unsuccessful at flashing its BIOS.
MOBO: ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
This was the first Motherboard I ever purchased!
RAM: 4x8GiB DDR3 ECC
I bought this shit off eBay for like $40 and the ECC straight up works too. It is a damn shame that we moved away from consumer ECC. If it were up to me, I'd probably put whoever made that decision down like a rabid fucking dog.
SSD: Kingston 120GiB SSD
This was the first Solid State Drive I ever purchased, and it's been kickin' it since like 2014 or something. When I still used Windows, this *was* my Windows drive.
PSU: Super Flower Leadex VII XG 850W
This gnarly sonuvabitch piledrives whatever lives in my desktop, however, I figured "It's a server" and chose this bastard. Of course, that same guy is running a decade old SSD in the same server... Kick rocks, my dear reader.
CHASSIS: SuperMicro SC750A
I bought this case for $15 off some guy I found on Craigslist. In fact, I stood and spoke to this guy in his garage for two hours. He was an extremely pleasant Flat Earther from Czechoslovakia. What a cool, albeit paint-fume-inhaling dude. Additionally, I can't lie, he got me with this line and it's been living in my brain for the better part of half a year now: "Why do you think they call it TV *Programming*? Think about it!"
OS: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

Laptop:

jpeg picture of my Laptop jpeg picture of my Laptop
MODEL: 2021 ASUS Zephyrus G14 - GA401QM
There's not much to write home about here other than the fact that I swapped out the godforsaken Mediatek Wi-Fi chip for an Intel AX210. Eventually, I'd like to replace this whole motherfucker with a Framework 13 Pro - I'm currently considering robbing a bank.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060
Y'know, most people bitch about NVIDIA's Linux Drivers, but they have been fairly pleasant for yours truly. That being said, THIS CUNT OF A GPU HATES MY BATTERY LIFE AND I HATE IT TOO! iGPUs are just... The correct laptop choice.
RAM: I honestly have no clue
OS: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

Digital Audio Player:

MODEL: Surfans F20
I rockbox'd this motherfucker - I listen to all my music on it, even when I'm running at the gym. The fucking 3.5mm controlled analog output broke (I'll fix it one day) so I've been using the 3.5mm AUX output and setting the Maximum Volume in Rockbox. Workarounds are cool!
